Der Fordismus beschreibt eine stark standardisierte Massenproduktion. Beispielhaft dafür steht die Fließbandfertigung und der Taylorismus. Dabei wurde meist eine Sozialpartnerschaft zwischen Arbeiter und Unternehmen angestrebt.
